All our agents are licensed to sell real estate in the state of Florida specializing in the local sector of Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Osceola, Brevard, and Lake counties. Our Story
Florida International Real Estate LLC has gained a well–deserved reputation as a top Central Florida real estate brokerage. We are full time real estate professionals dedicated to helping others with their real estate transactions.
We started this company in 2012 after experiencing the market ‘bubble’ from 2007-2009. We have gone through the heartaches with our buyers and sellers during this time. The ‘AS-IS’ contract was only rarely used however with all of the bank-owned and short sale property, it soon became very popular. The AS-IS contract is now used regularly in Florida Real Estate and is very common.
We founded this company based simply on the Golden Rule; ‘Treat others as you would like to be treated’ and our system has provided us with repeat customers and referrals from our very satisfied customers over the years. We’d love to help you with your real estate transaction.
