The deal dragged on for quite a while due to numerous challenges with the buyer, but they kept focused on the goal and never let up. This required a lot of communication between us, but they were on top of things immediately every time. I'm extremely grateful for all the help they provided. Initial review from 4 years ago (2018) ----------------------------------------------------------- I recently closed on the second house I have bought with Brian and Linda Warner. As with the first, they were fantastic. For the first house, I had a realtor who I was just not clicking with. He kept showing me things I didn't like. Then I found the Warners and got the house I wanted almost immediately. I recently decided to buy an investment house, and of course I contacted the Warners. I told them what I wanted, and the first house they took me to was a match. My offer was accepted, and we closed soon after. The Warners are also the property managers for the 2nd house, and there have been a number of repairs and improvements they have been overseeing. They have done a lot of work getting me through a quick closing and preparing the house for rental, and I'm extremely grateful to them. With everything they do, they are on top of things, and easy to work with. I can't tell you how refreshing that is. Obviously I highly recommend them.

They kept us well informed through every step of the process, and offered prompt responses to any of our questions or concerns. I can’t say enough about the amazing experience we had from listing to closing. I would highly recommend Brian and Linda and give them five stars.

If I had a concern she helped me get through it. I believe I have found my forever home but if the unexpected happens I will hire Linda again. She is professional, punctual, and motivated. I always felt like I was a priority. It’s a bonus she grew up in the Orlando area, so she’s familiar with just about every (if not everywhere).
